Winemaking: A great varietal from our high-altitude Borenore Vineyard. The cool climate helps retain tension and energy in this richly flavoured and aromatic variety. Allowing the tannins to ripen on the vine and then extracting gently through fermentation produces wines with fine texture and lifted aromatics.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Vibrant purple
Nose: Fresh blue fruits, black pepper and subtle
toast from oak.
Palate: Generously flavoured with focus. The bright
blue fruits carry onto the palate with silky tannins.
