Winemaking: A 2 day cold soak and gentle extraction followed by maturation with oak all aim to lift the cool climate spice and bright red/purple fruit.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Vibrant red/purple
Nose: Ripe blueberry & plum fruits with toasty oak
Palate: Ripe, generous blue fruits with a lick of smoky vanilla oak. Soft palate with silky tannins.

Meat options: BBQ pork ribs or roasted mushrooms.
Vegan options:
Cellaring: Best before as indicated on bottle, however good storage conditions can extend shelf life to 2 years.
