Winemaking: A succulent blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Sangiovese and Barbera. Pressed gently to ensure a light bright colour and fermented cool to retain vibrant aromatics. The wine was kept on light lees until bottling to maintain freshness and build texture. Bottled early to capture its youthful energy.

Palate: Juicy and fresh with vibrant red fruit
