Winemaking: Grown on our Bellview vineyard at 600m altitude above sea
level. The warmer year producing a cool climate grenache
with great flavour. Moderate extraction through a warm
fermentation brings classic grenache generosity and flesh to
a cool climate expression.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Bright red/purple
Nose: The nose bursts with vibrant aromas of fresh
raspberries and ripe plums. These expressive fruit notes
are characteristic of Grenache, enhanced by the cool climate conditions.
Palate: The palate is generous and fleshy, with layers of
red fruit supported by a lively, cool-climate backbone.
Balanced and energetic, it reflects the moderate extraction
and warm fermentation process.
