Winemaking: Predominantly fruit from our Boomey vineyard. These two varieties faired well in the warmer year, showing generous dark fruits. Gentle handling during fermentation to ensure soft tannins and vibrant aromas for an early release. The wine was kept on light lees to maintain freshness and build texture.

Colour: Bright red-purple
Nose: Rich black fruit and cassis with fresh vanilla and spice from oak.
Palate: Generous palate with soft tannins
